  Melissa Scheeline has spent over twenty-five years motivating others through movement—leading everything from spinning and yoga to running, TRX, and Pilates.  She came to Pilates with a series of lower back injuries and while healing herself (and avoiding surgery), she fell in love with this type of movement and later earned her instructor certification in 2017. Known for her upbeat energy and varied teaching style, Melissa creates dynamic, challenging, athletic and fun classes that keep clients coming back for more. 

Vision

Melissa's individualized classes are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant. She focuses on personalizing workouts to ensure everyone receives the attention and guidance they need to thrive.  

With her energy and expertise, Melissa emphasizes proper technique and modifications, creating a supportive environment that fosters growth and confidence. Each session is designed to be both challenging and enjoyable while helping clients progress at their own pace.
